VaM-X client support is managed by the VaM-X Operations Team. We utilize an asynchronous ticketing protocol to ensure data security and request tracking.
Scope of Service: Our technical team provides assistance exclusively for Infrastructure Access (e.g., Login Authentication, Search Index Errors, Membership Validation). We do not provide tutorials or usage support for third-party software.
