1. Service Description
VaM-X operates as a Content Indexing and Organization Platform. By subscribing, you are paying strictly for System Access, Database Maintenance, and Platform Optimization. The membership fee supports the technical infrastructure required to keep the index organized.
Network Architecture: VaM-X operates as a managed node within the DS Systems Decoupled Ecosystem. Assets are referenced via immutable pointers to ensure global redundancy.
Operator Notice: VaM-X is a proprietary database product operated and billed by DS Systems. All commercial transactions are processed by the parent entity.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the immediate nature of digital access, we cannot offer refunds once your account has been activated or verified.
Chargeback Policy: Any unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal filed with your payment provider will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform and associated partner networks. Exceptions are made solely in cases of proven technical double-charging confirmed by our support team.
3. Account Integrity
Your access is personal and non-transferable. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Legal Capacity: By subscribing, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding agreement.
- Concurrency Monitoring: Our system monitors simultaneous login sessions. Sharing your credentials will trigger security flags.
- Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to mass-scrape the platform database, share access credentials publicly, or resell membership privileges will result in immediate termination.
Automated Access Warning: The use of headless browsers, scrapers, or indexers to extract data from this node without an Enterprise API Token is strictly prohibited by DS Systems policy and will trigger an automatic IP ban.
4. Intellectual Property & DMCA
VaM-X operates as a neutral indexing service provider in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not claim ownership of indexed content.
We process all valid takedown notices regarding third-party content in accordance with statutory requirements. It is our policy to terminate the access of repeat infringers where applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VaM-X harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
