1. Service Description
VaM-X operates as a Metadata Directory. By subscribing, you are purchasing a Unified Ecosystem License.
The subscription fee funds the manual labor required to maintain the database structure, the high-precision index and server infrastructure (covering VaM-X and the unified ecosystem).
2. Service Access & Authorization
Access to VaM-X is granted exclusively to holders of a valid DS Systems Network Key (Account).
This platform does not process payments directly. All subscriptions, billing inquiries, and refund requests are governed strictly by the DS Systems Master Terms of Service.
3. Account Integrity
Your access is personal and non-transferable. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Legal Capacity: By subscribing, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding agreement.
- Concurrency Monitoring: Our system monitors simultaneous login sessions. Sharing your credentials will trigger security flags.
- Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to mass-scrape the platform database, share access credentials publicly, or resell membership privileges will result in immediate termination.
Automated Access Warning: The use of headless browsers, scrapers, or indexers to extract data from this node without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited by DS Systems policy and will trigger an automatic IP ban.
4. Intellectual Property & DMCA
VaM-X operates as a neutral indexing service provider in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not claim ownership of indexed content.
We process all valid takedown notices regarding third-party content in accordance with statutory requirements. It is our policy to terminate the access of repeat infringers where applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VaM-X harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
